Fair

We went to the fair with the Bauers.  We had a great time. 

San Diego Zoo with Friends

Jack and Mommy went to the zoo with friends, Lyndsey and Lucas.  It was Lucas's first time at the zoo and he loved the animals.  Their favorites seemed to be the polar bears and turtles.  I think it had to do with the fact that they can go right up to the glass and almost touch the animals.  They had a hard time seeing and enjoying the animals that were a bit farther away.  It was a great day and the boys were very good.  Yes, we saw someone walking a cheetah on a leash.  You don't see that everyday :)

Chino Demolition Derby

We went to the Demo Derby again!  Nothing like some good old fashioned 909 fun.... And we wonder why our son "crashes" everything???

4th of July

We went to a family BBQ for 4th of July in Chino.

Picnic in Irvine

Uncle Matt and Aunt Renee have a beautiful lagoon/lake in their community.  Mommy and Daddy loved that it was like the beach, but cleaner, shallower, and no waves.  Jack was brave.  He went right to the slide with cousin Daniel.  Unfortunately, it was faster then he expected, so he wasn't much a fan of it the rest of the day.  However, he really enjoyed swimming.  When I told him he could go in the middle were it was a little deeper, his response was, "I can swim."  Oh no, so we have to work on that.  Drowning does not count as swimming.

Bass Lake

We went to a Bass Lake this June with family.  There were over 20 of us staying there, but somehow it all worked out beautifully.  While I was packing, Jack kept asking me what I was doing.  I told him I was packing everything we needed to take.  I turned around and he was stuffing everything he "needed" into our suitcase, Buzz Lightyear and Woody.  Jack loves to swim, go on the boat, and ride the waverunner.  He is really growing up!

Jack's Mohawk

A little boy from my school is fighting his second battle with cancer.  As a fundraiser, someone from the community set up a Mohawk fundraiser.  Since we were not going to be able to make it, Jack got his mohawk a day early and we sent a donation to the family.

Cousin's Birthday at the Park

Grandpa and Grandma got Silas this really cool roller coaster for his house.  All of the kids really enjoyed riding it!  By the end of the party, Jack was worn out :)
